Writing an “About Me” page feels a little weird. But if we are going to work together on one of the biggest moves of your life, I should probably tell you how I got here.
For nearly 20 years my world was healthcare, specifically sterile processing. In that environment there is no such thing as “close enough.” Details matter. Context matters. And doing things right the first time is always the goal.
Real estate did not exactly fall into my lap. It challenged me.
In early 2022 I started working behind the scenes for a top Seattle agent, helping build the systems that keep real estate businesses running. I worked on market research, workflows, CRM systems, and data automation.
That experience opened my eyes pretty quickly. There is a huge gap in how market information is shared. Most of the “market updates” people see online are far too broad to actually help someone make a decision.
You do not need a national average.
You need to understand what is happening in your specific pocket of the Pacific Northwest.
That realization pushed me to start breaking the market down myself.
Somewhere along the way I realized I actually enjoy the “boring” side of this business. I like digging into the numbers, studying patterns, and doing the kind of research that helps people understand what is really happening.
Today I publish detailed monthly housing market reports for Marysville, Lake Stevens, Everett, Snohomish, Bothell, Lynnwood, and Bellevue so buyers and sellers can see what is happening in their local market.
When I got licensed in 2023, I decided to approach real estate the same way I approached healthcare.
Put people first.
Do not rush decisions.
Communicate clearly.
Do things the right way, even when it takes longer.
That approach tends to resonate with people.
A Little More About Me
I have lived in Marysville since buying our home here in 2021.
I am a mom of two boys, a wife of more than 20 years, and an identical twin. My sister lives in Lake Stevens, and we spend a lot of time together.
When I am not waterfall hunting or reading a good book, I am usually digging into a spreadsheet so my clients do not have to.
Honestly, I am a pretty easygoing person. I like cozy afternoons, good conversations, and helping people make thoughtful decisions without pressure.
