For nearly 20 years, my background was in healthcare—specifically surgical services and sterile processing. In that environment, details matter, context is critical, and doing things right the first time is non-negotiable.
In 2022, I transitioned into real estate behind the scenes, building operational systems, CRM workflows, and market research models for a top Seattle agent.
That experience revealed a major gap: national headlines rarely match what’s happening in your specific neighborhood. You don't need broad averages; you need hyper-local clarity to make informed decisions.

I’ve lived in Marysville since buying our home here in 2021. I'm a wife of over 20 years, a mom, and an identical twin (my sister lives right down the road in Lake Stevens).
When I'm not waterfall hunting or reading, I’m usually analyzing market numbers so my clients don't have to worry about missing a detail.
While I'm calm and easygoing to work with day-to-day, I am fiercely protective of my clients when it comes to contract terms, negotiation, and protecting their investment.

Amazing Experience!
