Hi, I’m Brandice.

I help buyers and sellers in Snohomish County and North King County understand what is actually happening in the market so they can make clear, confident decisions.

Writing an “About Me” page feels a little weird. But if we are going to work together on one of the biggest moves of your life, I should probably tell you how I got here.

For nearly 20 years, my world was healthcare—specifically surgical services and sterile processing. In that environment, there is no such thing as “close enough.” Details matter. Context matters. And doing things right the first time is always the goal.

Real estate didn’t exactly fall into my lap. It challenged me.

In early 2022, I started working behind the scenes for a top Seattle agent, helping build the operational systems that keep real estate businesses running. Most of my work centered around market research, workflows, CRM systems, and automation.

That experience opened my eyes pretty quickly. I realized there is a massive gap between the broad national headlines people see online and what local buyers and sellers actually need to make an informed decision.

You don’t need a national average. You need to understand what is happening in your specific pocket of the Pacific Northwest.

That realization pushed me to approach real estate differently. When I got licensed, I decided to apply the exact same principles I relied on in healthcare:

Put people first.

Do not rush decisions.

Communicate clearly.

Do things the right way, even when it takes longer.

It turns out, that approach resonates deeply with people who value logic over a sales pitch.

A Little More About Me

I have lived in Marysville since buying our home here in 2021. I’m a wife of more than 20 years, a mom, and an identical twin. My sister lives right down the road in Lake Stevens, and we spend a lot of time together.

When I’m not waterfall hunting or lost in a good book, I am usually digging into a spreadsheet so my clients don't have to.

Honestly, I am a pretty easygoing person. I don’t do high pressure. But I always do highly prepared.
