These reports are part of my original market research process. I do not copy broad regional summaries or rely on automated dashboards. I manually extract, review, and interpret NWMLS data so buyers and sellers can understand what is actually happening in their specific market.
Each report is broken down by housing type and residential resale price point so you can see how different segments of the market are actually performing. The market does not move as one number. What is happening at $500K can look very different from what is happening at $900K, and that difference is what impacts your decisions.
