Let’s be real—selling your home is a lot. Between vendors, timelines, paperwork, prepping, and staging, there are a ton of moving parts—and that’s all before we even go live on the market.
That’s why I take a hands-on approach and help coordinate everything. I know how overwhelming it can get, and I don’t think you should have to do it all on your own.
I’m a full-service agent, which just means I don’t disappear after the listing agreement is signed. I’m involved from start to finish, handling the details and keeping things moving so you’re not stuck playing project manager on top of everything else.

✔ I coordinate all the moving parts – Title, escrow, buyer’s agents, stagers, photographers—I handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to keep track of 12 different people.
✔ I meet with vendors – Need painters, cleaners, carpet or tile work? I get bids, schedule them, and meet them so you don’t have to rearrange your life.
✔ You stay in the loop and in control – I’ll lay out the options, you make the decisions, and I handle the rest. You’re always informed and involved—just without all the research and coordination stress.
✔ I cover marketing costs – I pay for professional photography and create a strategy to make sure your home shows up strong where it matters.
✔ I throw in a home warranty – This gives buyers extra confidence and helps you stand out during negotiations.
✔ I keep it straight – No pressure, no fluff, no confusion. I’ll guide you through everything in a way that actually makes sense.
